About the Place
Ancient Olive Trees ( Αρχαίες Ελίες, Asırlık Zeytin Ağaçları) its a Historical Olive Grove in the valley of Kapouti. The trees were planted in the times of the Lusignans in 1200. The area is a protected area and financed by the European Union. You can find wild orchids during spring. One of the oldest trees is aged to 800 old. The names of the historical trees (namely the Queen, Peace, Cyprus, Gabudi, Athena, Aphrodite, the Legend, and the King)
